Things become more obvious in this episode when Denise is forced to eat a budget dinner, the idea of visiting a food bank is becoming more of a reality.

Carter Vs Branning - Shirley Has The Upper Hand?

Wednesday, 26 April 2017

BBC

Last night, fans freaked out as Shirley and Linda signed over the freehold of the pub to a mystery owner, using Max as the middle man.

The episode ended with a smug faced Max walking out of the bar, a concerned Shirley looking on as she is told that the new owners may want to make changes.

Here is where Shirley is a genius and doesn't even know it, with the contract signed by Linda, Shirley forged Mick's signature, something that will come in very handy if she needs to pull out of the agreement.

If it's ever revealed that Shirley forged the signature, the contract is completely void.

BBC/The Mirror

All we can say is that Max is braver than most to go up against Shirley Carter. Could she actually be a big part in finally revealing what Max Branning is up to?

EastEnders airs weeknights on BBC One.

BBC

Shirley and Linda will make decisions behind Mick's back next week, something that will leave him feeling betrayed by his own family.

Although Danny Dyer is back filming, we will not see him on screen until June, reports suggest. In Friday night's episode, Shirley is at her wits end, trying to scrape together the cash for Lady Di's life-saving treatment as well as the collapsed kitchen ceiling.

Shirley leans on newbie Woody, she looks for advice after telling him she thinks she may have to have the beloved family pet put to sleep.

Woody puts a hold on her suggestion, reminding her how much Linda and Mick really love Lady Di.

She makes the decision to call her daughter-in-law, she's shocked when Linda tells her to go ahead and sell the freehold of the pub, on one condition, she doesn't tell Mick!

Adam Woodyatt Leaves Viewers Stunned Over Dramatic Weight Loss!

BBC

On screen, Ian Beale is currently struggling with his weight, with the doctor telling him his lifestyle could lead to type 2 diabetes, the character and his family are struggling to get his weight off.

The main reason for the storyline is that Adam who plays Ian, would be training to take part in the London Marathon in aid of Midlands Air Ambulance. This would have lead to a noticeable change in the characters weight on screen.

Adam's son Sam was struck by a car as he was crossing the road, the London Air Ambulance flew him to hospital where he underwent life-saving surgery.

Today, Adam and Sam appeared on BBC's The One Show and Adam's weight loss was dramatic, leaving fans shocked.

BBC

The changes will be very noticeable in weeks to come on screen. We would personally like to congratulate Adam on raising money for an extremely worthy cause.
