Tense scenes later this month will show Linda Carter confront rapist Dean Wicks. Monday 20th April will see word reach the square that Dean is being released from prison and will be attending Stan's funeral.
Emotional Linda who was raped by Dean back in October 2014 finds herself unable to tell Mick the news and instead heads off to Patrick's to intercept him.
Linda demands to speak to Dean alone, she asks him to admit the truth to his family.
Speaking recently about her hopes for Linda, Kellie Bright said that she wanted her character to be seen confronting Dean.
"Recently, I've been feeling very strongly that Linda should have a face to face with Dean. There are a lot of people fighting for Linda and I personally want to see Linda fight for herself," commented the actress.
