Paul Nicholas and Gillian Taylforth have been spotted on location in the same week it was revealed Paul Nicholas will be playing Kathy's husband Gavin.
The scenes are said to be Kings Cross station. Gavin will play a major part in Kathy's return storyline. Fans were shocked back in February when Kathy appeared on screen when Walford residents were told back in 2006 that she had died in a car crash.
It remains to be seen what's in store for Kathy and Gavin when they return but Nicholas has revealed he is delighted about his casting for "what is going to be an exciting time ahead".
A show statement also teased: "Kathy will be back in Albert Square this autumn, but just what exactly are she and old flame Phil hiding? Where have Kathy and Gavin been? And why is Gavin being kept in the dark?"
Exciting times ahead for the Beales and Mitchells...
