The first image has been released showing Ben Hardy as Angel on set of X-Men: Apocalypse. Ben was cast for the movie almost instantly after finishing with EastEnders. The images below show his costume art and him on set (bottom left screen).
The handsome blonde is playing Angel, a winged mutant, in the film, which is expected to be released in 2016 - alongside A-listers Jennifer Lawrence, Michael Fassbender, Nicholas Hoult and James McAvoy.
Bryan Singer confirmed previously: "Ben Hardy is Angel - I shall confirm for you! But he's not a very nice Angel! And that's all I'll say."
Ben revealed it took months of auditions for him to join the star-studded X-Men cast.
An artists impression on the costume Ben will be wearing in the movie. Looks like a lot of spandex there Ben! Well, we can't wait to see him make us Brits proud.
