The guilt Jane feels for Max taking the blame for Bobby becomes too much for Jane as she vows to expose Bobby as the killer. Jane sees Carol talking to the police and can't help herself going over to see what's going on despite Ian telling her to act normal.
While she is talking to Carol, Jane is stunned when Liam arrives home to hear about Bobby's out of control behaviour. This leads Cindy to tell Ian a few home truths before Jane reveals she is going to let Carol in on the secret. We also know that this starts the ball rolling for the departure of Carol Jackson.

Later in the week, Ian tries his best to keep his warring family together but he soon finds himself back at square one when he learns a shocking truth.
As Ian struggles to come to terms with the news, he and Cindy come up with a plan to try and fix the problem, but will their idea work?
