Abi Branning actress Lorna Fitzgerald has expressed her wish to have her on screen mother back in Walford. Jacqueline Jossa took some time off on maternity and on screen father Jake Wood took a year off. The two are due back later in the year.
Speaking about having Jo Joyner back, she said: "I'd love it if we could have a family reunion. Abi needs her mum! Tanya needs to make her a cup of tea, sit her down and help sort her life out," she told the Daily Star Sunday.
Celebrating ten years since she joined the soap, Lorna added: "I've loved all the stuff that I've been doing recently. It's been a gradual transition into more mature storylines," she said. "It's been an incredible ten years when I look back on it all. I'm really enjoying what we're filming at the moment."
