Over its 35 years history, EastEnders has seen thousands of character's walking through Albert Square, but what happened to them after they left the soap?
Here's a handful of actors and what they have been up to since leaving EastEnders.
Peter Dean played Pete Beale

So what is Peter Dean up to now? Well he is very much still in front of the camera. Turning 81 this year, Peter has appeared in many television shows and movies. Peter appeared in two short movies in 2016 and his current project Freedom Dance is in pre-production.
Charles Venn played Ray Dixon

Charles (Chucky) Venn appeared in EastEnders as Ray in 2012 and it was revealed he was the father of Morgan Butcher, Bianca Jackson's son. He went on to have a turbulent but comedic relationship with Kim Fox.
Ray got into hot bother when he snogged Denise, his girlfriends sister. Kim decided to stay with him and move away from Walford but changed her mind at the last minute.
Charles went on to do tons of work after EastEnders, including a regular part on Casualty since 2015. He has done many short movies and television shows, including Miranda. He is currently filming the movie Rapture in which he plays the character Spider.
Emer Kenny played Zsa Zsa Carter
Emer Kenny appeared in EastEnders in 2010 as the daughter of Tina Carter. She arrived in Walford on the run from her mum's ex, and she fell in with a new crowd of friends including Fatboy, Mercy and Leon.
When Leon and Zsa Zsa started a relationship, she found out he slept with Glenda Mitchell, Ronnie and Roxy Mitchell's mum, so she kicked him out in his underwear for all to see. Shortly afterwards she left Walford to live in France.
Emer is a well established writer and actress. She has had long stints acting in shows such as Beaver Falls, Badults and Pramface, and has a ton of writing under her belt.
She wrote a total of 36 episodes of EastEnders between 2012 - 2014 and currently writes for television series Red Rock. Go Emer!
