Max Branning might be a little worried next week when Jane Beale, finally wakes from her coma. Doctors put Jane under when they feared she could have brain damage.
When Max found out how much Jane knew about him and Steven, he sent his daughter's fiance to finish her off.
Steven seemed to have a change of heart but Max became furious, pushing him into the kitchen work bench, this ultimately lead to his death. Despite her pleads for help, Max left Jane to die in the fire.
When Jane first woke up in the hospital, she tried to write Max's name on a piece of paper, before complications kept Max's secret safe.

Max has since stuck to Ian's side, making him believe he is trying to support him in a bid to keep close to Jane. EastEnders have now revealed that Jane will wake up from her coma next week.
Max will now want to do everything he possibly can to keep Jane from talking. We ave also heart that there is a possibility that Jane may suffer some form of amnesia, something Max might be quite happy about.
