It has been revealed today that an important script for the Christmas episodes of EastEnders, has been stolen.
According to The Mail Online, a temp working at the BBC has stolen the important documents and has tried to sell them for £4,000.
An EastEnders spokesperson has told the Mirror Online: "Following our investigation this matter has now been resolved."
The Mail has reported how a man contacted them, hoping to make himself a huge profit by selling them the 11-page document, but the news outlet declined his offer.

During a meeting at a Kings Cross pub, the man showed them his BBC pass, before trying to negotiate a price.
When he was asked how he got his hands on the papers, he said: "It was early evening and I acquired the script and shot list just lying on the kerb outside.
"It was as if someone had been sitting there reading it and had left it, or as if it had been dropped out of someone's bag."
"It reveals what happens to Abi and Lauren, Max Branning's daughters, in the Christmas special episode, which they're filming there at the moment. It's a really dramatic ending," he told them.
"There's also the shot list which includes pictures and shows diagrams," he said.
It is suggested the documents contained Lauren and Abi Branning's exit storyline.
Luckily, the scripts didn't make their way into national papers, something that would have left the soap to consider re-shooting important scenes.
