Next week, EastEnders will air heartbreaking scenes as Kim suffers a miscarriage. Kim found out earlier this month that she was expecting the couples second child, she started to blog about her pregnancy journey, despite the lack of enthusiasm from her husband, Vincent.
After ignoring some worrying symptoms, Sonia tells her to get to the doctors straight away, there she is given the tragic news that she has lost her baby.
Kim later arrives home to tell Vincent, but with his full attention on the pending job with newcomer Aidan, will she feel she is being given the support she needs?
