New pictures have been released showing a sneak peek of tonight's special Branning episode. With the family's focus firmly on Max, and it looks like everyone might have had enough.
Max is struggling to hold things together since losing his girlfriend and his job, after being double-crossed by the Willmott-Brown clan.
With the entire square against him, Abi, Lauren, and Stacey try to make him see sense. As the talk continues, it becomes obvious that Max doesn't want their help, and he has something else on his mind.

Lauren and Abi realise there is nothing more they can do to help their dad, but before the episode is out, more secrets are exposed.
Speaking about this episode, Jake Wood who plays Max said tonight's episode is "one of the best I’ve ever been involved in. From here till Xmas, hold onto your hats people".
This is the first episode written by Simon Ashdown since his return, Simon is an EastEnders writer who has written some of EastEnders' biggest storylines.
EastEnders airs this episode tonight, 7.30pm on BBC One.
