Actress posts pictures on twitter revealing she's "home"

Jessie Wallace has revealed today that she has stepped back into Kat's shoes and is back filming at Elstree.

It was announced late last year that Jessie will reprise the role of Kat Moon, she will also be joined by Big Mo and Jean Slater.


Jessie shared pictures on twitter of Kat's extremely tacky necklace, leaving fans excited that her return is just weeks away.



The character Kat was last seen floating lifeless in the ocean in the final episode of Redwater, while Alfie flatlined on the operating table.

There is speculation that Shane Richie is in talks to return as Alfie Moon. No other details have yet been released.

EastEnders airs weeknights on BBC One.
