Tonight will see the local residents react to Mel Owen's return, and after 16 years away it seems she has some catching up to do.
Mel returned in Tuesday night's episode with her sights firmly set on Ben Mitchell. Viewers have speculated that she is the mystery person Ciara called after the heist.
New pictures released show Mel putting on a smile when she meets Ben, but is she hiding something darker behind the smile? - Ben was very young and living in South Africa when his brother Ian married Mel, it's pretty unlikely that he will know who she is, especially as the marriage only lasted until midnight on their wedding day!

As she arrives at the Arches, Mel insists that she's only in the area to get her car fixed, but it becomes obvious that she has other ideas.
Ben tells her that he's unable to fix the car, turning her away, but is that the last time these two will cross paths? - Clue? It's not.
