Denise will convince her sister to take a pregnancy test next week when she starts experiencing waves of nausea.
As the newly single young mum starts to try and move on with her life, Kim decides to pack up the home she shared with Vincent and even burns some of his belongings.
The following day, Kim starts to feel sick when she smells Vincent's old aftershave, but when she feels the same over the smell of coffee, Denise tells her it's time to take a pregnancy test.
EastEnders bosses are not giving away if she is pregnant but Kim will come to realise that she needs Vincent in her life.

Kim remains suspicious that Phil Mitchell knows a lot more than he's letting on, so she begs him for more information on her husbands disappearance.
When Kim fails to get anywhere with Phil, she listens to Denise's advice and finally reports Vincent missing to the police.
