In devastating scenes which aired in December 2017, Kim and Vincent lost their unborn baby. As the New Year approached, Kim and Vincent agreed to try again. Sadly, as the couple continued to try, Vincent got caught up in Aidan Maguire's drama and ultimately ended up going missing.
Next week will see Kim continue the search for her husband but EastEnders have decided to throw a twist into her story.
As she clears out her house, Kim starts to feel a little sick but puts it down to Vincent's aftershave, but when she later has the same reaction to the smell of coffee, Denise suggests that she may be pregnant.
