After receiving some shocking news next week, Kat Slater will go off the rails, with many of her loved ones taking the brunt of it.
Last week see Kat and Alfie finally reunite after months apart, but this week she learned that her boys were in England with their father, but it seems the bad news just keeps coming.
As she continues to put all her efforts into training for her cab license, Kat pays a visit to Charlie's old cabbie tea hut, there she bonds with ex-cabbie Tony.
As the pair reminisce about the past, Tony takes Kat to one of Charlie's old haunts where they meet Maurice.

Kat instantly becomes suspicious of Maurice, but she is left gobsmacked when he drops a huge bombshell about her father.
The news comes as such a shock to Kat that she crashes her bike on the way back to Albert square, knocking over a pedestrian and leaving herself unconscious.
Kat soon flees the scene of the accident, rushing home to drown her sorrows. As she continues to drink, Kat is left embarrassed when she makes a scene of herself in the Vic.
