Since his return to Walford, Doctor Legg revealed to Dot Branning that he is dying, and has also refused treatment that would prolong his life.
Although Dot has agreed to support him through the final months of his life, she is left fearing the worst when she receives a letter from him.
With Dot getting the wrong end of the stick, Doctor Legg later explains what he meant, and the pair head off to speak to Jay to arrange his funeral, before paying a visit his parents' grave one final time.
As they arrive at the cemetery, Harold is horrified to find the graves of his mum and dad have been vandalised. Could this latest discovery have an impact on his already declining health?
