Phil Mitchell flew to Spain in August, leaving behind his wife Sharon, who later went on to engage in an affair with his ex-mechanic.
We knew Phil would be back over the festive period when the actor was spotted filming at Melanie Owen's New Year wedding. - Early listings have confirmed that Phil's first scenes will air on Thursday 22nd November.

Many news outlets have hinted at a dramatic showdown between Phil, Sharon and Keanu, but those are still in the rumour stages, although Letitia Dean (Sharon Mitchell) was not spotted at the filing of Mel's wedding.
