Hayley Slater will make a life changing decision on Monday as she reaches a turning point in her life.
The young mum faced death last week week when she stepped out in front of a mini-bus, but Hayley remains in denial when she visited by a mental health nurse in upcoming scenes.
As she continues to ignore the advice from the medical team, Hayley decides to leave hospital and head back to Albert Square, much to the surprise of Stacey.
Later, the Slater family gather to help support Hayley, but Jean and Mo become frustrated when she doesn't seem to be taking their advice on board.

When Kat returns home and finds out what's been going on, the pair have a heart-to-heart, leaving Hayley realising that she needs help.
As she pushes forward to get herself the help she needs, are we about to see Hayley finally take the first step on the road to recovery?
