Danny Reveals Real Possibility of Character's Returning

Speaking to Digital Spy at last night's National Television Awards, Danny Dyer who plays Queen Vic landlord Mick Carter, revealed that the return of Nancy, Lee and Johnny is a very real possibility.

"I'd love to see my kids back," he said. "I definitely think that's gonna be an option. The Carters are quite depleted, so it'll give us more storylines and more people to play with."


Danny also revealed how the soap is heading in the right direction: "We've had a bad couple of years, let's be honest. It's been tough,"

"So we're really excited about her coming in. She knows her game, y'know? John Yorke was great, but we needed someone who was there for the long term and she's definitely there for that, so we're very excited about Kate."
