EastEnders Next Episode: An Abrupt End

With Ruby Allen starting to feel that her career is finally getting back off the ground, Jay is surprised when the police arrive to speak to her, but knowing that her full attention is on the event at Walford East, he decides to stall them.

Later at the party, Jay tries to take Ruby to one side but she makes it clear that she's too busy trying to impress potential clients. As the night continues, things take a nasty turn when Ruby causes a scenes after Lewis tries to make a move on her. Sadly, the evening comes to an abrupt end.

Also in this episode, Iqra catches Kush's eye when she spills a whole tray of drink over him. Could EastEnders be lining up a potential relationship? - The Ahmed sisters are in for another shock when Kathy Beale arrives and reveals that she is now their manager.

Meanwhile, Stacey has started to notice Jean's strange behaviour and urges her to go and see her doctor.

Also, as the Carter's prepare for their trip to Australia, Linda makes it clear that she does not want Shirley running the Vic in their absence.
