EastEnders Legend is Ready to Talk About Returning!

Is it time for this Walford legend to return to EastEnders full time?

Speaking to the Daily Star Sunday, Ross Kemp has revealed that he's ready to talk about a return to EastEnders.

In an interview about Dame Barbara Windsor, Ross explained that as Barbara's condition worsens, it's getting harder for her to recognise the ones she loves.

When asked about Barbara's husband Scott, Ross said: “I can’t reiterate enough how much Scott is doing for her. He’s going above and beyond in the way he’s looking after her.

“And you’ve got to remember he’s also an agent – he looks after both Lacey Turner and June Brown. So he’s juggling all that.”

Ross returned to EastEnders back in 2016, introducing his son Mark Jr, and daughter Courtney. But when asked about a possible return in 2019 under new boss Kate Oates, Ross explained: “Everybody is saying how fantastic she is and I would love to meet her and have a chat.

“But it’s down to her, not me. It’s always a big undertaking working on a soap, but you would never say never.

“And I think nowadays you can be in a soap and do documentaries and, of course, shows like Car SOS.”

EastEnders airs weeknights on BBC One.
