Brookside and The Bill Star Joins EastEnders as Ben Mitchell Makes his Return

Soap legend Paul Usher will be has joined the cast of EastEnders is what is tipped to be Ben Mitchell's return storyline.

The actor who played Barry Grant in the Liverpool based soap for nearly 20 years, is also known to fans of The Bill when he played PC Des Taviner between 2001 - 2004.



EastEnders are due to air Ben's return to our screens in the coming weeks, this time played by ex-Waterloo Road actor, Max Bowden.

Max was spotted filming his first scenes earlier this week, along with Paul Usher and Keanu Taylor actor, Danny Walters.
