Ever since Max Branning left Walford, Rainie has been trying to prove to him that she can take control, but with her husband ignoring her calls, next week's revelation shouldn't really come as a surprise to the current Mrs Branning. So what's the big news?
Things initially start to look up for Rainie next week as she prepares for Max's return, but when Jack returns without his brother, she's upset to learn that he has decided to stay away a little longer than planned. When Rainie later checks Jack's phone, she's shocked to see a picture of Max with a mystery woman.

Sadly, after learning that Max is now with someone else, Rainie also learns that she is no longer in control of the car lot.
As she continues to struggle with the constant rejection, Jack becomes concerned when he finds her nursing a drink in the Vic.
Is Rainie heading down the dark path of addiction in order for her to deal with the pain of losing Max?
