EastEnders recently touched on the subject of Bailey's welfare after the symptoms of Dinah's illness appear to be progressing.
Next week, Keegan will continue to worry for his little sister who is currently the full-time carer of her mum.
When Mitch reveals that he hasn't heard from Bailey in a while, Keegan offers to go over and check on her, but he's shocked at what he finds when he arrives.
Seeing how frail Dinah has become, Keegan is adamant that Bailey is out of her depth and can no longer care for her.
