EastEnders First Look: Sean and Ruby's Explosive Showdown

Many of you are now aware that Sean Slater returns to our screens later this month, kicking off his return storyline on Friday 26th April.

Robert Kazinsky has returned thanks to a small window in his work schedule, but sadly he will only be in the soap briefly, and EastEnders have packed in as much drama as possible.

Sean's return sparks old tensions with Jack Branning, especially when he learns of Roxy's premature death. The hunky Slater will also come face-to-face with ex-fiance Ruby Allen for the first time in 13 years.

It was revealed in 2006 that Sean's intentions for being with her were not genuine, so there's no surprise that Ruby is far from happy to see him.

Speaking about his return, Robert said: "I would have loved more with Ruby. I wanted desperately for Sean to realise that what he did to Johnny Allen was wrong, he took someone's father.

"I would have loved for him and Ruby to have scenes where Sean realised what he had actually done all those years ago and say sorry."
