Earlier this month, Louise Mitchell turned to Sharon after finding out she was pregnant, and her step-mum agreed to accompany her to the adoption clinic.
Although Sharon is under the impression that she ended her pregnancy, she's in for a shock next week when Louise admits that she couldn't go through with it.
After finding Louise crying alone, Sharon tries to comfort her before Louise reveals the bombshell, but her admission comes just weeks after Sharon and Keanu reignited their affair.
