With Hunter hiding out in Walford and seeking revenge on Jack for sending him to prison, EastEnders has confirmed that a character will die next week.
Although Mel is doing everything she can to get herself and her son out of the country as quickly as possible, Hunter made it clear that he has unfinished business to take care of before he leaves.
As Mel arranges their escape, she is thrown when her best-friend Lisa Fowler arrives on the square.
Desperate, Lisa begs her friend to help her with Keanu and Louise, suggesting they all leave Walford together.

Desperate to find him before he does something to Jack, Mel is unaware that Hunter is already in Jack's house waiting for him to come home.
Unfortunately, Denise arrives at Jack's alone and is given a terrible fright when she comes face-to-face with Hunter.
When Hunter realises that Jack is at the Vic, he heads off and hides in the barrel store. Hunter's plan quickly spirals out of control leaving one resident dead.
