There's no doubt that Bex Fowler has been experiencing extreme levels of depression and anxiety, stemming way back from when she was bullied, then with the death of Shakil, and now with the stresses of her education.
EastEnders have been clever with their storylines recently, adding hints throughout various scenes, and they have been doing it brilliantly with this one. But what happens next?
After Bex ran away from home, both her parents vowed to do everything they could to keep their daughter from being stressed, but unfortunately Sonia seems to have slipped back to gently nudging Bex into university, and Martin is nowhere to be seen.

When Louise arranged a surprise party for Bex in the Vic last week, viewers caught another glimpse of how depressed she is feeling when she asked her uncle Robbie: "Do you ever feel numb?" before admitting "I do, all the time." This should have rang alarm bells, but unfortunately it was missed.
Upcoming scenes will see Bex continue to hide her pain from loved ones, leaving fans worried about her wellbeing.
As she distracts herself from any speak about university, Sonia continues to show her excitement about her daughter's future, sadly this pushes Bex further away.

Will Bex be able to open up to someone around her about how she really feels? Or will this storyline meet a tragic end?
