As Mel Owen plots her final revenge act towards Sharon Mitchell, EastEnders has hinted that Lisa Fowler will turn against her friend when she thinks Mel has gone too far.
Last night's episode see Ben reveal to his step-mum that Mel was in fact hiding her son from the police, and as we roll into next week the pair will be at each other's throats.
Mel will also get Keanu's back up when she starts to taunt him over his secret love-child with Sharon.
Despite a warning from Sharon, Lisa continues to support Mel, that is until she struggles to hold back her anger when Mel plays mind games in the Vic later on.

As Mel's behaviour continues to spiral out of control, Lisa starts to back away from her, and she's later horrified to find Louise's pregnancy scan amongst Hunter's belongings.
At the end of her tether, Lisa is shocked when she finds out that Mel has planned a party for both Louise and Sharon, and wants the entire square there!
EastEnders hasn't revealed why Mel has organised a party for the Mitchell women, but it doesn't take a scientist to work out she plans to expose Sharon's affair with Keanu to the everyone present.
Unable to accept Mel's erratic behaviour any longer, Lisa confronts her friend leading to an almighty showdown in the middle of the square.
EastEnders air these scenes next week on BBC One.
