Later, Sheree pays Patrick a visit and reveals the truth that Isaac is her son, but she also drops an almighty bombshell.

When Isaac and Patrick finally sit down for a chat, it soon becomes obvious that Isaac has come to Walford with his own secret, one that could turn the family on its head.
