EastEnders has revealed Jean Slater's next move as the character struggles
with her bipolar. We revealed last week that Jean will become determined to
bring Stacey home, and decides to try and seduce Phil Mitchell, but the
situation only confuses him.
Stacey left Walford last year when she was discovered to be the person
responsible for putting Phil in hospital as actor Lacey Turner left the soap
on maternity leave.
As Jean's behaviour worsens, Kush and Shirley feel they have no option but to
turn to Stacey, the one person who knows exactly what she's going through, and
what to do next.
*UPDATE: EastEnders have announced they will be returning to Elstree to resume filming of the East London soap in June, but as we approach the final episodes recorded before the lockdown, EastEnders will be off-air completely for a period of time.
EastEnders air these scenes next week on BBC One.
