Next week sees the return of Stacey Fowler, and she wastes no time in getting to the real reason she's decided to return.
Making a beeline for friend Ruby Allen, she lets her know exactly what she thinks of her new relationship with estranged husband, Martin.
Another person on Stacey's list is Suki Panesar, the new neighbour who befriended Stacey's mum by pretending she was also battling cancer.
Speaking to Digital Spy about Stacey's return, actor Lacey Turner said: "She's been through a break-up with Jerome and since then she's been living the life."
"Of course, Kat told her about Ruby and Martin. Kat came to visit her before lockdown and they'd been keeping in touch, and she's been keeping her across all the gossip." she said.
Viewers will remember Martin initially broke up with Stacey after Ben blackmailed him to keep Stacey away from Walford, but does Stacey still love him? "She's really sad about her and Martin. In her heart of hearts she does still love him and I think it's quite hard her to watch them together." she said.
But it seems Stacey isn't convinced about Martin's true feelings for Ruby, admitting "he's there for the money".
But don't expect things to go back to normal any time soon, Lacey explained Stacey and Ruby's friendship is definitely over: "That's like the number one rule for being best friends – you don't take your best friend's husband!"
Stacey returns to Walford on Monday 21st September on BBC One.
