Phil Mitchell turns to his son's boyfriend next week as he desperately tries to reconnect with his long-lost son, Raymond.

Recent episodes see Denise come face-to-face with the son she gave up in 2016, following a one-night-stand with Phil.

Upcoming scenes will see Phil discover the tragic truth about Raymond's adoptive parents and he becomes determined not to lose his son for a second time.

Turning to Callum for help, Phil asks him to find out any information he can on the people who adopted Raymond, anything that could help his case.

Sadly for Phil, Callum has his own issues to deal with when DI Thompson reveals they're not getting any information from the listening device Callum planted.

Later, Callum returns home and tells a disappointed Phil that he couldn't find out anything on Raymond's adoptive family.

With Callum coming to a dead end, Phil heads off to the hospital to see Raymond and feels an instant bond with his son. When he starts a conversation with Ellie, Phil lies about his real reasons for being at the hospital.
