EastEnders has confirmed that some members of the team have tested positive for the coronavirus that causes Covid-19.
Speaking to Digital Spy, an EastEnders spokesperson said: "We can confirm that two members of the EastEnders team have tested positive for coronavirus and they are now self-isolating at home following the latest government guidelines.
"We have rigorous protocols in place to manage COVID-19 as the safety of all those involved in the production is paramount."
EastEnders stopped filming back in March due to government guidelines, and with those infected isolating at home, it's likely filming will continue, but with continued testing of all cast and crew.
EastEnders airs weeknights on BBC One.
