Last month EastEnders aired the tragic death of Chantelle Atkins, and her husband went to great lengths to make it look like an accident.
Upcoming scenes will see Gray begin to crack under the pressure as he attends Chantelle's funeral, then goes on to represent Whitney at her trial.
As next week arrives, the guilt of killing his wife is eating away at him and people begin to notice, although they put it down to grief.
When Gray forgets to collect his children from the school, Linda kindly steps in and collects them, but instead of taking them straight home, she decides to take them to the park so Gray can rest.

When she arrives at Gray's house, she tries to help further by cleaning the house, unfortunately when Gray turns up and realises Linda has cleaned Chantelle's mug, he flips out.
Later, Linda discusses Gray's angry reaction with Shirley, but will the pair realise there's more to Gray's odd behaviour than grief?
EastEnders air these scenes next week on BBC One.
