It was revealed last month that Masie Smith will be leaving EastEnders when her current contract comes to an end in October, but the character will possibly remain on our screens until Christmas.
An EastEnders insider said recently, Maisie "believes the soap has been the perfect place to learn her trade and she owes them so much."
The insider added that Maisie doesn't want the soap to kill off her character, hopefully leaving the door open for a possible return in the future.
Repeating Past Mistakes?
There are a number of ways Tiff could leave Albert Square, with getting herself into trouble being the main possibility.
The character has a habit of befriending the wrong people such as drug dealer Evie Steele, gang member Jagger Rawley, and even getting involved with drug dealing herself.

Also, just because Tiffany has grown up on-screen, it doesn't mean she's safe from the writers killing her off. Just look at Abi Branning!
Bianca Returns?
Patsy Palmer who plays Bianca was actually meant to be returning to EastEnders last year, but after the pandemic hit the soap halted filming which put an end to that. Could Bianca come back and persuade her to return to Milton Keynes?
Trouble in Paradise?
There's no doubt that viewers love Tiffany and Keegan together, and since their rushed wedding the young couple have had it tough, especially Keegan who experienced systemic racism as he desperately tried to make a life for himself and his new wife. Sadly, the experience nearly cost him his marriage.

Would the end of their marriage be enough to see Tiffany leave Walford for good?
Her Majesty's Service?
Another possibility could see Tiffany head down the same path as her mother and end up behind bars.
As history has shown, life in Walford can change at the drop of a hat, so it's extremely possible Tiffany could face jailtime if life becomes difficult enough to push her in that direction.
Receiving a jail sentence that would warrant her departure from the soap would mean she would have to break some major laws.
Tiff is extremely protective of her friends and family, so it's very possible for soap bosses to bring in a new character for her to kill off.
Give us your thoughts of how EastEnders could write Tiffany Baker out of the soap.
