Last week it was revealed that Ruby will take a tumble down the stairs in upcoming scenes, but after tonight's episode see a devastated Ruby return home from the hospital, viewers fear the character has lost the baby. Some have also been speculating that she will keep the loss of her baby from Martin, and even go as far as putting the blame on Stacey after their upcoming argument.
Lacey Turner who plays Stacey is due to leave our screens as the actor is currently on maternity leave after giving birth to her second child.
Viewer Tracey Cole speculated on our Facebook page: "Ruby as lost the baby she will not tell Martin and she will blame Stacy after she falls down the stairs"

New details were released this week detailing the aftermath of Ruby's accident, with Stacey left feeling guilty over what happened.
When Stacey arrives with a bunch of flowers to apologise for the argument that caused the accident, Ruby announces to Martin that she and Kush locked her in the office of the club. As Kush tries to explain their actions, an enraged Martin attacks him.
Louisa Lytton who plays Ruby revealed this week: "Some women will do anything for love.
"In her mind, she genuinely believes that they're meant to be together and that Stacey's in the way. She wants what she wants."
EastEnders continues tomorrow night on BBC One.
