It was revealed last month that Sharon's biological father, and Kathy's ex-husband Gavin Sullivan will die off-screen, leaving the feuding pair to attend his funeral.
New pictures by ISO Images have revealed the moment Sharon dashes her father's ashes into the rubbish bin!
Gavin was last seen in Walford five years ago as part of Kathy's return storyline, where the truth of his connection to Den Watts was revealed. Gavin was imprisoned for the death of his sister, Margaret.
The death of a previous character usually paves the way for a new storyline, but in the case of Gavin's death, it's likely to be used to bring an end to the ongoing feud between Kathy and Sharon after Ian's exit from the square.
