Karen Taylor has been recently hit with redundancy which has left the
character fearing for her future, but upcoming scenes will see the desperate
mum hit rock bottom.
As Bernie heads off for a coffee with Molly, she overhears a conversation
between Stuart and Rainie Highway, which gives her an idea.
Later, Karen receives a worrying phone call from someone demanding money she
owes them, but before she can react, the loan shark breaks into her home and
leaves a terrifying warning.
