Terry is relatively new to the locals of Albert Square, and despite her
initial reservations over her biological father, Sonia has decided to give the
relationship a go and try to get to know her dad.
As the pair start to bond, Sonia discovers something on Terry's phone which
leaves her stunned.
Sonia discovers Terry has a clear interest in the houses on the square,
especially Ruby Allen's home, something that unnerves his daughter.
Later, after Iqra and Bobby persuade Kathy to go on a date with Terry, she
comes away from the date and realises her purse has been stolen.

With her alarm bells ringing, Sonia is shocked further when Ruby Allen reveals her house has been broken into.
With Kathy's purse missing and Ruby's home burgled, could the two be connected
to Terry? Or is it one big coincidence?
