You would think Stacey's release from prison would call for celebration,
unfortunately Suki Panesar has other ideas when she decides to make things as
difficult as possible for the family.
Tensions were high between the Slaters and Suki shortly after her arrival to
Walford after she was exposed for lying about having cancer.
Next week Jean Slater turns to Suki, the owner of her home, to ask her about
fixing the boiler, desperate to get everything ready for Stacey's homecoming
party. Sadly her request is brushed to one side.
Later, Stacey approaches Kheerat to reconsider, but he too refuses so the
Slater family take matters into their own hands.
With no access to hot water at their house, the Slaters decide to break into the Panesar home to take a nice hot shower.
It's not long before Suki discovers someone has been in her home, and when
Jags' watch goes missing, she's quick to blame the Slaters.
Kheerat heads over to the Slaters to accuse Stacey of stealing at the same
time her parole officer arrives to check on her.
Thankfully Stacey manages to keep the parole officer away from the drama
unfolding, but things take a worrying turn for the family when Suki presents
them with an eviction notice.
Will Suki follow through with her threat this time?
EastEnders airs weeknights on BBC One.
