EastEnders Christmas: Ditched at the Altar

New details are emerging about Christmas in Walford as it has been revealed today the soap is filming a double wedding and a possible showdown which will see Gray Atkins receive his comeuppance.

The wedding party includes his ex-mother-in-law Karen Taylor, Kheerat Panesar, the love interest of his murdered wife Chantelle, and Albert Square resident police officer Jack Branning to name a few.


Spotted filming on location, Gray can be seen having a discussion with Kheerat before making a frantic phone call, possibly to find out where the bride is.

The second wedding is that of Jack and Denise, with her sister Kim making a very bold statement with her outfit.

The ongoing Gray Atkins story is one of EastEnders' longest running storylines which has seen the character murder much-loved Kush Kazemi, Chantelle Atkins and Tina Carter.

As Gray continues to go about life thinking he has gotten away with the murders, soap bosses have hinted that Gray's downfall is just around the corner with clues left all over the square.


It's not known if Gray will murder again before he is caught - It's also unknown if he will face the full force of the law, or if a local resident will take matters into their own hands.
