EastEnders: Huge Bombshell as Alyssa's Daddy is Revealed

The mystery surrounding Alyssa's daddy will be revealed next week when both Martin and Zack receive the results of the paternity test.

The story kicked off last week when the pair, along with Sharon, arrived home to find the baby on their doorstep.

Viewers were pleasantly surprised in last night's episode when Zack announced that he will step up to his responsibilities, informing his sister that he will take a test to find out if he's the father.

Zack initially takes the test, with Martin following in his steps shortly afterwards, just to make sure, but the pair are unaware they are being watched from afar.

Later, Zack is surprised when a toy Alyssa dropped earlier is returned to her. As he scans the area, he spots a mystery woman watching them.

When Zack and Sharon catch up with her, the woman reveals her name is Jada, Alyssa's mother.

Talking to Jada, Sharon and Zack are gobsmacked when they discover who the father really is . . .

We'll have to wait until next week to find out who the daddy is, but Zack is left finding out why Jada really gave up her daughter.

Jada opens up about her personal problems, explaining that she can't offer Alyssa the upbringing she deserves. What will Zack and Sharon do?
