Rocky and his niece Dotty have been plotting to fleece Sonia of the
inheritance she holds from Dot Cotton, but next week the lies the pair have
been telling threaten to expose them both.
Things take a turn when Sandy returns to Walford weeks after going missing
from Ruby's nightclub, and her sudden reappearance comes at a time when Rocky
is preparing to attend his court hearing over the vandalism of Ethan's car.
On top of this, Dotty tells her uncle to scam Peter Beale out of more money so she
can pay for Sandy's rehab, but things get awkward for the pair when Sandy
begins to question is presence.
As the pressure mounts, Rocky tells Dotty that he's finally had enough and
he's leaving Walford for good.
As Rocky prepares to leave, he's interrupted by Kathy who begs him to help her at the restaurant. Confused, he arrives at Walford East to discover they have arranged a surprise 60th birthday party for him.
Feeling guilty about lying to Sonia and Kathy, he tells Dotty that he's going to come clean and tell them both the truth.
After the party, Rocky heads home where he writes them a letter each, but
tragedy strikes when he's seen clutching his chest in agony and collapses to the
ground.
Dotty is shocked when she returns home to find Rocky being wheeled into the
back of an ambulance. Will he be ok?
Is this the end of Tom Cotton, and will Sonia and Kathy receive their letters?
