EastEnders: Three's a Crowd?

EastEnders will hint at a surprising upcoming storyline next week when Ben and Callum crosses paths with a handsome stranger, leaving Callum wondering if he's missing out settling down so early.

During an evening in the Albert, the married couple spot the attractive man they see earlier in the market and decide to join him.

After a fun evening with the drinks flowing, the conversation takes a drastic turn when one side propositions the other to take part in a threesome.

Speaking about 'Ballum' and their upcoming marriage troubles, Max Bowden who plays Ben revealed recently: "It's two working class boys drawn together by similarities, not differences. And I think everyone's got a similar story to that at some point in their life."

"I think the next 12 months are going to be very strained," he said. "There are going to be several moments that test their love for each other, and their ability to care for each other. So, watch this space!"

Will the pair decide to go through with the idea, or will they back out at the last minute? - And whose idea was it in the first place?

EastEnders airs these scenes next week on BBC One.
