EastEnders Confirms New Love Interest for Stacey Slater

Viewers will be thrilled to learn that EastEnders will be revisiting the chemistry between Stacey Slater and Kheerat Panesar in upcoming scenes.

Stacey and Kheerat spent the night together back in 2020, but sadly we didn't get the chance to see if the relationship could blossom due to Stacey's stint in prison.

With Stacey ready to make a success of her new business venture - Stacey's Baps - a dilemma for the new businesswoman will see her and Kheerat drawn closer when he steps in to help her.

With Honey now the new market inspector, Stacey tries to use her charm to get on her good side, but Honey explains she won't accept briberies.

Worried her business will fail before it's had a chance to get going, Stacey is thrilled when she spots a long line of customers waiting by her food van.

As Jean serves the customers, there's an obvious spark between Kheerat and Stacey.

Unfortunately, things take a worrying turn on both fronts as Stacey discovers Kheerat has come down with food poisoning, something Suki is more than happy to announce to Stacey's long line of waiting customers.

After visiting Kheerat at home to make sure he's feeling better, she receives a call from Ben Mitchell who reveals the remaining work for her van has been paid for.

It's not long before Stacey realises Kheerat was responsible for footing the bill, so she pays him another visit.

As she thanks Kheerat for his kind gesture, the pair lean in for a kiss but are interrupted by Vinny, so when he later visits her, he gives her a peck on the cheek which leaves her smitten.

Is this the start of a whole new EastEnders love story?
