EastEnders Reveals Aftermath of Ben Mitchell's Rape

It was revealed some weeks ago that Ben Mitchell would suffer yet more tragedy in his life when he becomes a victim of a sexual assault at the hands of the Prince Albert manager, Lewis.

Recent scenes have already seen Lewis make a pass at Ben, but a committed Ben respectfully declined his advances, explaining he's happily married.

New details have emerged that explain how Ben reaches out to Lewis on a dating app, after Callum demanded he didn't speak to the bar manager again.

Meeting Lewis at his mum's bar, Ben gets tipsy and a little flirty with Lewis. And as one thing leads to another the pair head upstairs.

Before things go too far, Ben receives a selfie from Callum and Lexi, and realises what he's putting at stake, so he decides to leave, but Lewis has other ideas and doesn't let him go. 

With the rape happening off camera, the following day Ben arrives home and is given some difficult questions by Callum who is asking where he has been all night.

With Ben questioning the night before, he decides to confront Lewis over his actions, but he's shocked when Lewis claims Ben was the instigator.

Alone, Ben looks over the messages he sent Lewis on the dating app, but he's spotted by Jay who is clearly unimpressed by what Ben has been up to.

Later, Callum is horrified to hear from Sam that she spotted Ben leaving the Albert early that day, so he wastes no time confronting his husband, asking him directly if he slept with Lewis.

Later, Stuart tells a devastated Kathy that her son cheated on Callum, something she believes to be true after hearing what Jay has to say.

Callum later confronts Lewis, who insists Ben initiated the whole thing, but before he can question him further, Kathy arrives and is fuming with Lewis.

With Ben feeling more desperate than ever, and his whole family turning their back on him, what will his next move be?
