EastEnders revealed in tonight's episode that Linda Carter has forgotten about Janine's involvement in the car crash which landed her in a coma. But don't think that's the end of the matter, as in soapland memories have a habit of resurfacing.
Next week will see Linda Carter return to Albert Square when best-friend Sharon collects her from the hospital.
Unaware her mum is home, Nancy arrives at the house and is shocked to see Linda on the sofa, but thankfully mother and daughter have a heart-to-heart about everything that has happened.
Unfortunately for Linda, Nancy finds a bottle of vodka and wrongly assumes her mum is already back on the booze.
It's unknown how long it will take for Linda's memories of the crash to return, but it's safe to say Janine shouldn't get too comfortable behind the bar, her time is coming, especially if Sharon has anything to do with it!
