EastEnders has teased us with the arrival of Nish Panesar for some time, but now it's finally happening. Nish is currently serving time behind bars, but his release is just around the corner, something that petrifies his wife Suki, for reasons we are yet to fully explore.
Nish is visited in prison by his son Vinny as he approaches the end of his 20 years stretch, coming at a time where Suki takes action over her feelings towards Eve.
Eve can't help keeping the news to herself and reveals to Stacey that she and Suki kissed, leaving her gobsmacked, but urges her friend to keep quiet.
Unable to pass up the opportunity, Stacey confronts Suki and tells her she knows about the kiss. She threatens to expose her if she hurts Eve.
Sadly, Eve's soon at the receiving end of Suki's frosty exchange, which makes her realise Stacey must have said something.
Back home and Suki has another dilemma to contend with when Vinny begins to question her over the family's relationship with his father.
Unable to get any answers from his mother, Vinny takes matters into his own hands and accepts a visiting order from his father in prison.
Vinny is instantly taken aback by how affectionate his father is, but as his father reminisces about old times, Vinny wants to get straight to the point and asks why his father has asked to see him.
When Vinny arrives home, he has some questions for Suki. Will she finally be honest with her children and tell them the whole truth surrounding their father's incarceration?
EastEnders air these scenes next week on BBC One.
